Michael J. Degen
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Degen has been President and CEO of Nortech Systems since May 2002, and a director of the Company since May 1998. He has nearly 40 years of manufacturing and industrial experience, including a 17-year career with The Toro Company, a manufacturer of lawn mowers, snow throwers and other products. His positions at Toro included Managing Director, Worldwide Parts, and most recently, Managing Director, Worldwide Operations. He held previous positions with Honeywell and Pako Corporation.
Richard G. Wasielewski
Senior VP and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Wasielewski has been Senior VP and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since April 2004. From 2000 until his employment by the Company, he was Controller/Senior Director, Planning, Wholesale and Operations of Select Comfort Corporation, a manufacturer and retailer of premium air mattresses. He previously was the CFO/Vice President of Finance and Administration for Lycro Products, Inc., Wakarusa, Indiana, and held various senior financial management positions with The Toro Company from 1983 to 1995.
Garry M. Anderly
Senior VP, Corporate Finance and Treasurer
Mr. Anderly has been Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Treasurer of the Company since May 1996. He was Vice President of Finance and Administration from 1991 to May 1996.
Curtis J. Steichen
Senior VP/Chief Marketing & Sales Officer
Mr. Steichen has been Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations since November 2008. From May 2005 through October 2008, he was the Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Before joining Nortech Systems, he held North American and international sales and marketing assignments with Graco Inc. Industrial Automotive Equipment Division as Director of Sales and Marketing, Minneapolis. Prior to Graco, his background includes 10 years with the Hoffman Enclosures subsidiary of Pentair, Inc., Minneapolis, and 11 years with General Electric’s Electrical Distribution and Control Division, Plainville, Conn.
Peter L. Kucera
Senior VP, Quality & Continuous Improvement
Mr. Kucera has been Senior Vice President, Corporate Quality of the Company since 1991. He assumed the additional responsibility of directing the company’s FOCUS lean management program in December 2006.
Jill D. Hesselroth
Vice President of Global Supply Chain/EMS
Ms. Hesselroth joined Nortech Systems in June 2011. Previously she was Vice President of Global Operations and Logistics with Zimmer Spine, a division of Zimmer, Inc. Her 20-year supply chain career also includes management positions with Andersen Corporation, Grammer, St. Jude Medical and The Gillette Company.
Shari J. Yantes, SPHR
Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Yantes has been Vice President of Human Resources since July 2010. She was hired as Corporate Director of Human Resources in December 2005. Prior to joining Nortech Systems, she worked for Doherty Employment Group as a Human Resources Management Consultant. Ms. Yantes has more than 20 years of human resources management experience, including with AT&T, UnitedHealth Group and Home Depot.
