Local Community Impact

All U.S. Nortech locations engage in community efforts every year. We enjoy positively impacting our communities and encourage engagement through volunteer opportunities and services. Our commitment motivates us to give back to in many ways.

Bemidji

Every year our Bemidji team has the opportunity to watch and volunteer in local festival events. The festival is organized and staffed entirely by volunteers and all proceeds go back into the community. United Way also hosts the Coat for The Community event and each year our employees get the chance to donate clean winter gear for all ages.

Mankato

The team in Mankato participates in the annual Human Foosball event. It’s hosted by United Way; a charitable organization that donates to non-profits meeting health and human service needs across Minnesota.

Suzhou, China

The Nortech Suzhou team in China comes together annually to participate in a variety of engaging team-building activities. From celebrating Women’s Day to enjoying company outings and sports day, they gather as a team. Our Suzhou location exemplifies camaraderie and a shared commitment to fostering a vibrant and collaborative workplace culture.

Monterrey, Mexico

Our Monterrey employees come together throughout the year for engaging activities like Halloween, which includes costume contests along with many other national holidays. Beyond these events, Nortech Monterrey promotes health and wellness through programs like breast cancer awareness campaigns and the American Cancer Society’s “Fit to Be Cancer Free” walking challenge. This reinforces their commitment to both employee well-being and broader community care.

Milaca

For years, the Milaca Area Chambers of Commerce have hosted their annual Milaca Parade, and our employees get to be a part of the festivities. We also get involved in the Milaca Business Trunk or Treat event spreading joy and happiness in our community.

Maple Grove

This year, at our headquarters, we all gathered for our annual Souper Bowl party. We had the opportunity to donate canned foods and raise money for CEAP a community-based non-profit agency dedicated to providing information, referrals, advocacy and assistance for the local community.
