100% Inspection to your drawings
All assemblies are serialized including all utilized tooling
Torsional flex test
Strain relief flex test
DC circuit resistance/dielectric withstanding voltage to 5000 VAC/insulation resistance
All assemblies at minimum receive continuity and IR/500 VDC DWV
All units are tested using mating connectors harnesses on automated test equipment
Environmental tests such as:
